  71. program's directory/folder), type:

  77. To print the registration order form from Notepad (or other text editor), 
  78. open the file Order.frm in the program's directory/folder.  From the File 
  79. menu of Notepad, select Page Setup to set all margins minimally:  0 for 
  80. Left, Right, Top, Bottom Margins.  Delete the default header and footer 
  81. items.  Select OK.  Then from the File Menu, select Print to print out the 
  82. order form.  (If you wish to fill in the form with your order information
  83. before printing, it may be best to open Order.frm in a word processor,
  84. such as Write or WordPad, since Notepad does not have an overwrite mode.)

  86. You may also order with a note or letter that includes your name, organiza-
  87. tion name, address, program name & version, number of users being licensed,
  88. and remittance.  We would appreciate knowing where you obtained your copy
  89. of this program; we utilize this information on your source for future
  90. marketing purposes and to assist in keeping that source supplied with the
  91. latest versions of our programs.
